Airport and terminal layout
Rogue Valley International–Medford Airport serves Medford, the Rogue Valley and Southern Oregon from one passenger terminal. Airline check-in, screening and baggage claim are concentrated in the same building. The airport has published plans for expansion, so a proposed future concourse should not be assumed to be open for a current flight. Check airport notices and the operating airline's instructions for the active gate and boarding arrangement.
Driving directions and the airport approach
The terminal address is 1000 Terminal Loop Parkway. From I-5 northbound, the airport directs drivers to Exit 30, the airport lane and Biddle Road. From I-5 southbound, Exit 33 leads to East Pine Street, which becomes Biddle Road. From Highway 62 westbound, the published route uses Bullock Road and Terminal Spur Road. Follow airport and parking signs on the final approach instead of navigating to another aviation facility on the wider airport property.

Traffic and journey planning
Oregon TripCheck covers I-5, Highway 62 and the regional routes approaching Medford. If traveling from California, a mountain community or the coast, check the entire route, including the Siskiyou area where relevant. Weather, road restrictions and incidents can add time before reaching the valley. Build a separate allowance for finding parking, unloading bags and reaching the airline counter after the road journey is complete.

Official airport parking
MFR provides official Short-Term and Long-Term parking by the terminal, operated through LAZ Parking. Compare the current map and posted terms before entering, and choose the facility appropriate to the length of the trip. The passenger curb is for loading and unloading, so a driver who wants to come inside should use a designated parking area. A separately booked private or hotel parking package has its own entrance, transfer instructions and collection conditions.

Ground transportation and return transfers
Rental-car companies, taxis, app-based rides and private transportation providers serve MFR. The airport's published ground-transportation guidance states that there is currently no public transportation service to or from the airport, so do not plan on a municipal bus at the terminal without new confirmation. Reserve onward transport in advance for Ashland, Grants Pass or a more distant destination, and check late-flight arrangements directly with the company providing the journey.
Airport services and practical arrival checks
The airport's visitor information booth is supported by Travel Medford volunteers. Food and drink options include a restaurant and post-security coffee service, with a gift shop and an observation area among the terminal amenities. Check the current concession hours because opening times can differ from airline schedules. The information desk and official airport website can help orient arriving travelers before continuing into the Rogue Valley.
Accessible parking and passenger assistance
Request wheelchair, boarding or other airline assistance before the travel date and clarify where staff should meet you. Review the terminal and parking information for the shortest suitable route from the car to check-in. Anyone using a private shuttle should confirm loading arrangements for a wheelchair or other mobility equipment with that operator. Explain assistance needs for both departure and return so the full curb-to-gate journey is covered.
